Carolina Quezada, MAOM, is the founder of Quezada Coaching & Consulting, a consultancy based in Los Angeles, CA. She is focused on working with community and organizational leaders so that they clarify and amplify their unique impact. Carolina is fully bilingual (Eng/Span) and often works in bicultural and bilingual settings.

As a community advocate, coach and facilitator, with a passion to support the growth and impact that organizations and groups have on civil society, Carolina has been working for nonprofit causes for 27 years. Always the student of organizational systems and dynamics, Carolina’s curiosity for the role that organizations play on social change has led her to hold a variety of roles throughout the years within the nonprofit and public sectors. Working to support community-based initiatives and grassroots elected officials is how she began her career.

The daughter of immigrants from Mexico and Honduras, Carolina grew up in Los Angeles surrounded by a strong sense of responsibility to give back to her community and to her family through hard work and a commitment for improvement. As a first-generation High School graduate and college student, she relied on the strong sense of responsibility learned from her parents and she was also shaped by the systems that influenced her like public schools and public/private institutions of higher education. Her educational and career trajectories have led her to choose coaching as both a practice and profession that allows her to continue to engage in community and to contribute to others.

As a coach, Carolina is trained in the Academy for Coaching Excellence’s approach that is focused on the values people live by, the heroic journey they are here to take, and the unique gifts they are meant to offer the world. Her coach training is accredited by the International Coaching Federation and Carolina is on track to becoming an ICF credentialed Associate Coach. Carolina’s coaching is focused on supporting people to embrace the joy and fulfillment of their life’s work so that they contribute to and are contributed by their community.
