Raúl T. Pereyra, M.A. has adopted a behavior-first, trauma-informed leadership approach as the foundation of his work as Founder and CEO of RTP Learning. Raúl brings over 25 years of experience in human resources, teaching, training, leadership development, facilitation, and organizational consulting across education, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations. He is especially adept at coaching leaders through transitions, self-doubt, and high-stakes moments in ways that honor both performance and psychological safety. His approach is grounded in agency and empowerment, supporting leaders to make conscious, values-aligned choices rather than operating from fear or survival.

As a first-generation college graduate and Latino leader, Raúl has a deep understanding and empathy for the invisible pressures many leaders carry as they enter uncharted professional spaces. Earlier in his career, he experienced firsthand how unspoken rules, bias, and the pressure to “prove yourself” can quietly shape leadership behavior. Those experiences now inform his ability to coach leaders across sectors — including nonprofit, education, social impact, and community-based organizations — on how to establish presence, credibility, and trust without self-betrayal or burnout.
