Shanice Wittaker, MBA-HRM, is a California-raised HR strategist, leadership consultant, and founder of Soul Movement Success—a firm dedicated to cultivating sustainable cultures and legacy-driven leadership.

Over the past decade, she has evolved from a front-office generalist to a trusted advisor and organizational change-maker, building deep expertise in people strategy, leadership development, and culture design. Her work sits at the intersection of performance and purpose, partnering with high-achieving professionals, emerging executives, and mission-driven organizations ready to lead with clarity, conviction, and community at the center.

Rooted in social equity and community advancement, Shanice’s leadership philosophy was shaped by navigating complex systems and choosing not to be confined by them. Rather than accept traditional limitations, she architected a path that models what intentional, values-aligned leadership can look like. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Law and Society and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources, along with 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, Shanice brings both strategic rigor and empathetic partnership to her clients. Through Soul Movement Success, she equips high-performing leaders, particularly women of the global majority, to align their ambition with wellbeing, expand their impact, and cultivate legacies rooted in sustainability, service, and success.
